Monday, 30th March. Natural Science video about energy transformation.
Hello children!!
Have a nice week!
Bárbara and Noelia.
Some of you told us that you didn't understand very well energy transformation. To help you, the teacher Bárbara has recorded a video from her kitchen to show you how electrical energy is transformed into other types of energy in some appliances (ceramic cooktop or television).
Now, it is your turn!! Leave a comment below explaining one example of energy transformation (you can think about how energy is transformed in your computer, game console, mobile phone, etc) Don't forget to write your name and class!!
Have a nice week!
Bárbara and Noelia.

EliminarThe microphone transforms my voice (sound energy) into electrical energy. It is the opposite of a speaker.
ResponderEliminarHi Eva thanks for your comment!!! Maybe it is not easy to see this example, let me explain a bit more:
EliminarWhen you use a microphone your voice (the sound) creates an electrical signal. Then, this signal is passed through a wire to a speaker.
My example is the Televition It transformer electrical energy into thermal energy and this energy transform into sound energy.
ResponderEliminarAlejandra 5°c.
Yes, the electrical energy is transformed into heat, light and also sound energy!
EliminarMy example is a telephone it transformer electrical energy into sound energy to watch videos
ResponderEliminarI am Sergio Lozano
EliminarHi Sergio, thanks for your comment, it's a good example!! The phone transforms the energy from the battery (the battery stores chemical energy) into sound, light and even heat energy. You use the electricity to charge your battery (the electrical energy is transformed into chemical)
EliminarMy example is the tablet It IS transforme electrical energy in to sound energy and then in to kinetic energy
ResponderEliminarCarla rite 5d
Yes, into sound energy!! What do you mean when you say into kinetic energy?
